Bush Beans freshly picked from my spring garden.

These Contender Bush Beans were grown from Seed. They started springing up a week ago, and they have kept on going, as we pick them. These are tasty in a stir-fry, or you may even want to try them in a salad. I cook them lightly, and just for a few minutes, in order to maintain their crispness and fresh flavor.
