Fresh Baked Oat Dinner Rolls: Whether Perfect or Not

The kitchen smelled so wonderful today; as my children and I, made our first set of freshly baked oat dinner rolls. Courtesy of a recipe I got from (homesteading family).

I have been learning so much from their videos, podcasts and classes, in learning self sustaining skills, and insights.

The perfectionist in me wanted to finish these rolls myself, but when my little's caught me finishing up, they wanted to join me in the fun. So the end result may be some interestingly shaped buns, but it also will accompany a life time of memories that we continue to build together, as well as skills that will sustain them as they grow.
