 Some of us never take a moment to consider that being a mother is also a "career", and that it is also "work", and we never really share these areas of our life. In addition, being a "Keeper of our Home", a Stay-at-home mom, or Homemaker, is sometimes undervalued, and can seem to be unseen to those of us out there, that are in the forefront of "training up our children".

("Train up a child in the way he should go, Even when he is old he turns not away from it.") Proverbs 22:6 

Being a mother, is actually one of the most life altering and impactful works that a woman can do with her life, and even further, choose as her optimal "career".

According to the Oxford Dictionary Career is defined as:
"an occupation undertaken for a significant period of a person's life and with opportunities for progress."

This definition, is well fitting for the "work" of a mother. Her work is definitely life-long, and for sure, there are multiple areas of progress, and accomplishment, as she trains up and cares for her children alongside hopefully, a leading husband.

On this page, I am taking us as mother's and wives through some important concepts, that I have found to be a blessing in my home. I will be providing practical tips, and simple thoughts to help us to be the Proverbs 31 woman that we should be for our family and home.

Know that as a mom, you are not alone, your service is well needed, important, it does not go unnoticed by the Father, and you are doing, one of the most life changing, and meaningful works you can do for your family.
